Swing for the fences: You’re invited to a special YPO University Day featuring Earvin “Magic” Johnson — NBA Hall of Famer, entrepreneur, and culture-first leader.

From the Showtime Lakers to a multibillion-dollar business portfolio, Magic has built winning teams on and off the court by obsessing over culture: how people feel, how they show up, and how they win together.

Morning Session at Hinkle Fieldhouse
Doors open at 7:30 AM for breakfast and networking with fellow members and guests.

At 9:00 AM, Magic Johnson takes the stage for a dynamic conversation on leadership, resilience, business success, and the mindset required to win—on and off the court.

Breakout Sessions & Lunch at Butler University
Following the keynote, we’ll transition into moderated, industry-specific breakout sessions across Butler’s campus. These smaller group discussions are designed to foster real dialogue around shared challenges and opportunities—while enjoying lunch together.

Key Executive Roundtables
Your key executives will have the opportunity to participate in exclusive, moderated roundtable discussions—creating space for deeper learning, peer exchange, and practical takeaways.

Evening Welcome Reception

March 10, 2027

Kick off the experience the evening prior with a rooftop reception at the InterContinental Indianapolis, a YPO member-owned property overlooking Monument Circle. Join fellow members and guests for cocktails, connection, and a memorable start to the event.
