WHAT IS YPO?

Eligibility:
MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATION
Age: Must apply before turning the age of 45
Role: Title of CEO, President or equivalent and operational leader of qualifying company.
Volume: Gross annual sales of US$13M (US$10M commissions billed for agency-type); US$260M average annual assets for financial institution;
Payroll: 50 full-time employees OR >$2M compensation excluding candidate and 15 employees.
DUES
Global: $3,975 annual dues, $3,975 Initiation
Chapter: $4,380* annual dues, $1,500 initiation
** Should a member elect to participate in Forum, the individual Forum may require additional dues.

WHY YPO INDIANA?
Even though a large percentage of our membership reside in the Indianapolis area, YPO Indiana brings members together from across the state in a way that promotes business opportunities, ideas and friendships. We encourage YPO leadership and engaging in YPO opportunities outside the state, as well as forum participation, where we currently have 14 member forums and eight spouse/partner forums. This is a huge part of our YPO experience.

Forum is arguably one of the most cherished benefits of membership —a truly “only in YPO” journey. Simply put, a forum is a small group of YPO peers who meet regularly to exchange ideas and experiences on the issues that matter most to them. Forum has become the universal language of YPO, leading to immediate and meaningful connections among members worldwide.
Education
Learning has always defined YPO. From universities, peer-to-peer insights, global conference calls and partnerships with top business schools, the quest for knowledge has shaped the organization and generations of young chief executives. YPO builds “Better Leaders through Lifelong Learning and Idea Exchange.” The Indiana Chapter brings members together twelve to fifteen times a year to discover new insights into many topics, ranging from geopolitical and business to personal/family and community issues.
