From September 26 – October 1, 2026, we will immerse ourselves in the best of Munich and beyond—blending world-class hospitality, iconic tradition, and “Only in YPO” access.

Our home base will be the luxurious Rosewood Munich, ideally located in the heart of the city. From there, we step directly into the magic of Oktoberfest with both an afternoon and evening experience—including exclusive access to the most sought-after tent on the grounds, the legendary Käfer Wiesn-Schänke.

Before you arrive in style by carriage, members and spouses will enjoy private shopping for authentic lederhosen and dirndls, along with in-hotel styling to ensure you look the part. Expect lively music, unforgettable toasts, and camaraderie at its finest.

Beyond the festival grounds, you will explore Munich like locals— with a guided bike tour through the city and a stop at one of its famous traditional beer gardens. Group dinners will showcase the region’s finest cuisine, while curated experiences and free time allow space to roam, shop, and discover at your own pace.

For your last night, you will be transferred to the stunning AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa for a night in the Bavarian Alps. The following morning, we’ll enjoy a private, exclusive tour of the iconic Neuschwanstein Castle—the fairy-tale masterpiece commissioned by Ludwig II of Bavaria. Perched dramatically above the foothills near the Austrian border, this architectural wonder provides a breathtaking finale to our journey.
