About the Event
Join us as we honor the 15th YPO Indiana Gold Legacy Award Recipient, Jim Marcuccilli.
The Legacy Member Award was created to recognize YPO Indiana Gold members who have had a major economic, philanthropic or other impact on the region and state. The focus is not on business success or YPO involvement but rather on the individuals having made a significant difference in the community.
In order to be eligible for consideration, a YPO Gold member must have met certain base requirements:
Been an active member of YPO Indiana Gold chapter – attending events, day chaired events, etc. Reached the age of 60.

Meet Jim Marcuccilli
Jim Marcuccilli is a distinguished leader in Indiana’s banking industry, with a career spanning over five decades at STAR Financial Bank. He began his journey with the company in 1973 and played a pivotal role in its growth, serving as President and CEO before becoming Chairman and CEO. Under his leadership, STAR Financial has expanded its presence and recently opened a state-of-the-art headquarters in downtown Fort Wayne. Beyond banking, Marcuccilli is deeply committed to community service, serving on numerous boards, including the Indiana State Chamber, IU Health Foundation, and Junior Achievement Foundation. His contributions have been recognized with prestigious honors, including being named a Red Coat recipient by the Mad Anthonys Foundation. A respected figure in both finance and philanthropy, Marcuccilli continues to shape the industry while making a lasting impact on his community.
